The offer is valid in-store or through Krispy Kreme drive-thru locations, but can’t be used for delivery or online orders. “We all want to get COVID-19 behind us as fast as possible and we want to support everyone doing their part to make the country safe by getting vaccinated as soon as the vaccine is available to them,” Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme Chief Marketing Officer, said in a statement. For those who do not wish to get a coronavirus vaccine (and for anyone waiting to be eligible!), Krispy Kreme will offer a free Original Glazed doughnut and a medium coffee, no purchase required, every Monday from March 29 through May 24, 2021. The chain also launched “Be Sweet Weekends” to encourage customers to be kind and generous to others: If you buy one dozen “Be Sweet” Krispy Kreme doughnuts, you’ll nab a second dozen to share or gift for just $1. The “Be Sweet” dozen features Original Glazed doughnuts as well as a special smiley face doughnut. The offer is available on weekends from March 27 through May 23, 2021.
