But this practice was found to create its own problems, so it was abandoned, which means left-handed people are now seen more often. It’s likely they’ve always composed about 10 percent of people. Left-handers have another distinction. While the great majority of righties are strongly right-handed, only a small fraction of lefties do everything with their left hands.
